Campaign Objective
The nation's second largest aftermarket parts and service provider of automotive supplies
was aggressively growing by acquisition. In addition to retail sales, Warehouse Distributors generated significant volume from commercial accounts such as repair, tire and body shops. The client needed a comprehensive reward system adaptable to any market or incentive need.

Eventive Strategy
Eventive developed a unique new tracking and reward system that could be operated by individual distributors for their unique stores and customer markets.

Key features of the new system included:

  • 3 Debit Card Platforms including:
    - a card for branded stores and customers
    - a card for non-branded stores and customers
    - a card for Canadian customers
  • The card platforms link participants to over 1,000 retail, travel and entertainment suppliers via stores, online sites and 800#/catalog shopping
  • Wholesale distributors pay a simple per card processing fee and shipping costs
  • Complete online program information capabilities and real-time processing

Results
Program was launched in September and is on-going, now enjoying its 3rd year of increasing impact. Reward earning is based on incremental purchases, so the system paid for itself the
first year.

  • Program growth has exceeded 25% year to year, with over 2,000 stores and 5,500
